5. Do I need any type of software or apps to take advantage of JVMA Monthly? Yes, you will need to sign up for Quickbooks and Voxer.
6. What is QuickBooks? QuickBooks is an accounting software that small businesses can use to manage sales and expenses. Not familiar with QuickBooks? Don't worry. During our on-boarding call, we will walk you through the process of setting up your QuickBooks account. Oh, did we forget to mention that Velma is QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor?
7. What is Voxer? Voxer is our private JVMA Monthly portal that allows you to communicate directly with the JVMA team. With Voxer, you can leave voice and text messages, photos of documents, video, and more. All questions are answered within 24 hours during normal business hours.
8. Instead of using Voxer, can't I just call the office number? Since most questions can be answered with an email or text message, we ask that you communicate with us via Voxer. If there is an issue that needs an immediate resolution or if we require more information to adequately answer your questions, then a member of the JVMA team will reach out to you via phone or Zoom.
9. What is a Financial Fitness Call? A Financial Fitness Call is a private Zoom Call between you and the JVMA team where we will review your monthly financial reports and discuss the overall financial health of your business. You are also free to answer any questions that you may have.
