How do I submit my documents to you? Existing clients can submit documents using the Client Hub. Register for the Client Hub by clicking here. Once you have been added to the Client Hub, you will be able to submit documents. ***In the subject line, include the words "Documents for _______" or "Receipts for ______." ( for example: Documents for Tax Year 2020 or "Receipts for Gas in March 2020.) ***Do NOT send photos of documents or receipts by phone. They will not be received.
How do I make a payment? Beginning May 18, 2021, all payments will be made online via Stripe. Payment will be required before services are rendered and a payment link will be included in your invoice.
JVMA Financial Services will no longer be accepting personal checks, business checks, or PayPal.
I don't have a Stripe account. Do I need to make one? No! Stripe allows you to pay by debit card or credit card without setting up a Stripe account.
