Preparation & Filing of 501(c)(3) application (Form 1023) Non-profit organization in existence less than 3 years: starting at $1,500* *Payment plan available
Non-profit organization in existence more than 3 years: starting at $2,500* *Payment plan available
The estimated time for the compilation, preparation, and filing of a Standard Application (Form 1023) is 6-9 weeks. The estimated time for all Rush Applications 4-5 weeks. There is an additional expediting fee of $350 for all Rush Applications.
Review of 501(c)(3) application (Form 1023) Non-profit organization in existence less than 3 years: starting at $300 Non-profit organization in existence more than 3 years: starting at $450
The estimated time for the Standard Review of Form 1023 is 3-4 weeks. The estimated time for a Rush Review is 2-3 weeks. There is an additional expediting fee of $125 for all Rush Reviews.
